Muay Thai Pai Gym Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and participation in the training programs, certification courses, and activities offered by Muay Thai Pai Gym (the “Gym”). By enrolling in and participating in our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1.1 Eligibility: Participation in our programs is open to individuals aged 18 and older. Minors may participate with written parental consent.
1.2 Medical Clearance: By enrolling, you confirm that you are in good physical health and have received any necessary medical clearance to participate in physically demanding Muay Thai activities.
1.3 Enrollment Process: All participants must complete the enrollment process, including submitting accurate personal information, agreeing to the Legal Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, and these Terms and Conditions.
1.4 Fees and Payment: Enrollment fees are due at the time of registration. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a written agreement. The Gym reserves the right to adjust fees for programs, accommodations, or other services.
2.1 Respectful Behavior: All participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully toward instructors, staff, and fellow trainees. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate removal from the program without refund.
2.2 Compliance with Instructions: Participants must follow the instructions and safety guidelines provided by the Gym’s staff and trainers to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all involved.
2.3 Facilities Use: Participants agree to use the Gym’s facilities and equipment responsibly. Any damage caused by negligence or improper use may result in financial liability for repairs or replacement.
3.1 Program Availability: The Gym offers a range of programs, from short-term courses to advanced certification tracks. Enrollment is subject to availability, and the Gym reserves the right to modify or cancel programs as necessary.
3.2 Certification Requirements: Completion of any training program does not guarantee certification. Participants must meet the necessary skill levels and pass evaluations to earn certification.
3.3 No Guarantees: The Gym makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, skills acquisition, or certifications. Progress is individual, and success depends on participants' efforts and commitment.
4.1 Refunds: Enrollment fees are generally non-refundable. However, the Gym may, at its sole discretion, offer refunds or rescheduling for documented medical reasons or in cases where the Gym cancels a program.
4.2 Cancellations: Participants may request a program reschedule due to personal reasons. However, such rescheduling is not guaranteed, and refunds are typically not provided.
5.1 Assumption of Risk: By participating in any Muay Thai activities, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of injury, fatigue, or other physical complications. You voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks associated with participation.
5.2 Limitation of Liability: The Gym, its instructors, staff, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during participation. This includes, but is not limited to, injuries from training, use of facilities, or related travel.
5.3 Insurance: It is the participant’s responsibility to secure appropriate health and accident insurance. The Gym does not provide medical coverage or assume liability for medical expenses incurred during or after participation.
6.1 Ownership: All materials provided by the Gym, including training manuals, videos, and logos, are the intellectual property of Muay Thai Pai Gym. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of these materials is prohibited.
6.2 Use of Branding: Participants may not use the Gym's name, logo, or materials for commercial purposes or marketing without express written consent from the Gym.
7.1 Personal Data: The Gym collects personal information for registration, communication, and safety purposes. By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
7.2 Data Sharing: Your personal data may be shared with third parties only when necessary for program operations (e.g., processing payments) or as required by law. The Gym does not sell personal data to third parties.
8.1 Termination by Participant: You may terminate your participation in any program at any time by notifying the Gym in writing. However, termination does not entitle you to a refund unless otherwise specified.
8.2 Termination by the Gym: The Gym reserves the right to terminate your participation in the program if you violate these Terms, the Code of Conduct, or other policies. Such termination will not entitle you to any refund.
9.1 Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through mediation or in the courts of Thailand.
9.2 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
The Gym reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to participants, and continued participation after such modifications will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
By enrolling in and participating in Muay Thai Pai Gym programs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

By participating in any programs, courses, or activities offered by Muay Thai Pai Gym (the “Gym”), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Assumption of Risk: Muay Thai is a contact sport that inherently involves physical activity, including but not limited to striking, grappling, and conditioning exercises. By enrolling in our programs, you accept all risks associated with physical injury, fatigue, or other complications arising from participation.
Medical Clearance: It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in suitable physical condition before engaging in any of our activities. We recommend consulting a medical professional prior to participation. The Gym shall not be held responsible for any health issues that may arise during or after participation in our programs.
Limitation of Liability: The Gym, its owners, instructors, staff, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during participation in Muay Thai training, events, or while using our facilities. Participation is entirely voluntary, and all liability is expressly disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Equipment and Facilities: While we strive to provide safe, clean, and well-maintained facilities and equipment, the Gym does not guarantee the absence of defects or hazards. Participants are encouraged to use equipment properly and notify staff of any issues.

Program Results: The Gym makes no guarantees regarding specific fitness outcomes, skill advancements, or certifications, as results vary by individual.
