Participants are encouraged to carefully review all program details before committing to payment.

1.2 Medical Exceptions: Refunds or credits may be issued in cases of documented medical conditions that prevent participation in the program. Requests for refunds due to medical reasons must be submitted in writing, accompanied by appropriate medical documentation, within 7 days of the condition's onset.

1.3 Program Cancellations by the Gym: In the event that Muay Thai Pai Gym cancels a program due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will have the option to reschedule, receive a credit, or request a full refund for the portion of the program that was canceled.

1.4 Partial Attendance or Program Withdrawal: If a participant chooses to withdraw from a program before its completion, no refund or credit will be issued for any unused portion of the program, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2. Payment Processing with Wix

2.3 Payment Disputes and Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card company after purchasing a non-refundable program or service, Muay Thai Pai Gym reserves the right to dispute the chargeback. You agree that you are liable for any fees, damages, or additional costs incurred as a result of an invalid chargeback initiated without following the proper refund request process.

3. Dispute Resolution and Chargebacks

Participants who abuse the chargeback process may also be banned from future participation in any of Muay Thai Pai Gym’s programs or services.

4. No Refunds for Digital Products or Certifications

4.1 Digital Products: All digital content, including e-books, workbooks, and online courses, are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. Please ensure that the digital product you are purchasing is suitable for your needs before completing the transaction.

4.2 Certificates and Accreditation: The completion of a training program and receipt of a certificate does not entitle you to a refund if you are dissatisfied with the outcome. Refunds will not be issued for participants who fail to meet the certification requirements or do not pass evaluation exams.

5. Program Rescheduling

5.1 Rescheduling Requests: If you are unable to attend your scheduled program due to unforeseen circumstances, you may request to reschedule. Requests must be made in writing at least 14 days prior to the program start date, and rescheduling is subject to availability.

5.2 No Refunds for Rescheduling: Rescheduling does not entitle the participant to a refund. Any fees or deposits paid toward the original booking will be applied to the rescheduled program.

6. Cancellation by Muay Thai Pai Gym

6.1 Gym’s Right to Cancel: Muay Thai Pai Gym reserves the right to cancel or postpone any program or course due to low enrollment, instructor availability, or unforeseen events. In such cases, participants will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund for the canceled portion of the program.

7. Acknowledgment and Acceptance of Refund Policy
